Job Location: Gymnastics training facility in Boca Raton, FL.

As a Rhythmic Gymnastics Coach, you will design and deliver structured training programs for developing and elite athletes, lead technical and physical preparation using all rhythmic gymnastics apparatus, choreograph competitive routines, ensure athlete safety and regulatory compliance, mentor assistant coaches, and prepare athletes for successful participation in regional, national, and international competitions.
YOU’RE GOING TO:
Develop and implement training programs for athletes in rhythmic gymnastics from beginner levels through progression to the elite level.
Conduct physical preparation sessions, including strength and flexibility training, technical skill development, and cognitive performance improvement.
Teach technical skills in proper developmental sequence using all five apparatus (rope, hoop, ball, clubs, ribbon).
Lead coaching groups of children (ages 6-14) at the pre-elite or elite level, including preparation for national or international competitions.
Design individualized training plans for each athlete based on their technical diagnostic and competition goals.
Plan, supervise, and conduct regular practices in preparation for local, regional, and national competitions.
Physically demonstrate elements and exercises as well correct apparatus handling techniques to athletes. Show complex positions and position athletes correctly.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, competition regulations, and club policies during all training and events.
Choreograph and design competitive routines tailored to individual athletes’ strengths and competition requirements.
Supervise and mentor assistant coaches, providing guidance on training methods and athlete development.
Accompany athletes to regional and national competitions and provide coaching support during events.
IT’S IMPORTANT TO US THAT YOU HAVE:
Bachelor’s Degree in Coaching, Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field (or its foreign equivalent);
At least 2 years of personal experience in rhythmic gymnastics history as an elite competitive gymnast at the national level or higher;
Must maintain excellent physical fitness to actively demonstrate skills, apparatus handling techniques, and correct body positions to athletes;
Domestic travel is required approximately 4 to 6 times per year to accompany athletes to regional and national competitions.
This is an on-site position only at our gymnastics training facility in Boca Raton, Florida.
